Returns for Change of Mind

100% Money Back Guarantee - We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products that we know you'll love. However, If you're not completely happy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind contact us at help@purafion.com within 30 days of receiving your order. 

One of our customer care team will help with the return of your products. Once we've received the products back we'll process the refund for you.

Returns For Faulty Products

12 Month Warranty - To process a faulty product return you will need to contact us at help@purafion.com within 12 months of receiving your order (or within your warranty period if you've purchased an extended warranty).

You will need to send us a video showing the fault as well as a written description explaining what the fault is. 

Once confirmed that the product is not functioning correctly we will provide a prepaid return label to post the products back. 

Once we receive the products back (and confirm they're faulty), you will be given the option to either receive a replacement or full 100% refund.

REFUNDS

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. The help fast track any refunds, please make sure you provide the correct name, email and order number.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. Your bank will then need to process the refund at their end and deposit the funds (this can take an additional 2-4 business days).
